what's MAGNI coating

- Apr 25, 2020-

MAGNI coating is a chrome-free two-layer coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich base layer with an organic aluminum-rich outer layer. The bottom layer provides cathodic protection for the steel matrix, while the outer layer contains lubricant, pigment polymer resin, etc. The components provide lubricity, acid and alkali resistance, aesthetics, etc. and establish a durable protective barrier .

The corrosion resistance of afterburner is equivalent to hot dip zinc, but it greatly reduces the weight of the component. Compared with hot-dip zinc, its coating system is lighter in weight and used as a stand-alone system. It can also be used as a base layer for other protective outer layers.

In Asia, TOYOTA, HODANISSAN, HYUNDAI, and MITSUBISHI have adopted the Magnesium chrome-free coating process for the anti-corrosion treatment of automotive standard parts. It has been proved that the Magnesium coatings and coating process can meet the special needs of automobiles and other areas with high anti-corrosion requirements; it can extend the service life of products in the harshest environments.

The special composition of the Micari coating system provides excellent adhesion, heavy corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, transport slip, not afraid of scratches, anti-static, insulation, stamping resistance, impact and other functions. The superior performance of Megaron makes him a new darling of metal surface treatment. It has been widely used in auto parts, MRT, subway parts, building hardware and other fields. Anticorrosion capacity can be as long as 5-10 years or even more.
